1. Introduction

Welcome to HIW. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Services Overview

HIW offers wellness programs, including the HIW Monthly Membership and the JumpStart Program. Detailed descriptions of these services are available on our website.

4. Payment Terms

• HIW Monthly Membership:

  • Cost: $9.99 per month.

  • Billing: Membership fees are due monthly on the same date each month, based on the date of your first payment. Payments will be automatically renewed unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the current billing period.

• JumpStart Program:

  • Pay-As-You-Go: Purchase individual modules at $29 each, paying as you progress.

  • Full Program Investment: One-time payment of $249 for access to all modules.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility Period:

• Participants may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of enrollment.

• After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

Access and Usage Conditions:

• No refund will be provided if the participant has accessed or downloaded course materials from the learning portal. This measure ensures the protection of the course's intellectual property and prevents misuse.

Course Rescheduling and Extensions:

• Participants facing unforeseen life challenges may request to defer their studies for a 6 or 12-month period.

• Such requests must be supported in writing, explaining the reasons for deferral.

• Recommencement fees may apply upon returning to the program.

Exceptional Circumstances:

• Refund requests made outside the standard refund period may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Approval of such requests is at the discretion of the program administration and may require supporting documentation.

6. Cancellation Policy

• HIW Monthly Membership: To cancel your membership, provide written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current billing period. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal of your membership.

• JumpStart Program: Cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined above.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to use our services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by HIW are the intellectual property of HIW and are protected by applicable laws. Participants are prohibited from copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

HIW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

10. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or directly to participants as necessary. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
