Booking and Payment

1. Booking Process: Sessions must be scheduled through our online portal. A confirmation email with session details will be sent upon successful booking.

2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are specified on our website.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation:

   • Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

   • Refund Eligibility:

     • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

     • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% fee.

     • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to cancel.

2. Rescheduling:

   • Advance Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any additional cost.

   • Late Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 12 hours of the session time is subject to availability and may incur a 25% fee.

   • Emergency Rescheduling: In emergencies, please contact us promptly to discuss options. We aim to accommodate such requests within reason.

Session Conduct

1. Punctuality: Please ensure timely attendance. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent appointments, with no refund for lost time.

2. Preparation: Complete any pre-session requirements, such as questionnaires, as instructed, to maximize the session's value.

Technical Requirements

1. Client Responsibilities: Ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable environment for online sessions.

2. Technical Issues:

   • Client-Side Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties preventing attendance, notify us immediately. Rescheduling will depend on availability and may incur a fee.

   • HIW-Side Issues: If technical problems on our end disrupt your session, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during booking or coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to engage respectfully and constructively during sessions. Abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

Limitation of Liability

HIW coaching services are designed to provide guidance and support but do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided during sessions are the intellectual property of HIW and are for personal use only. Redistribution or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Thank you for choosing HIW’s One-on-One Personal & Group Coaching Package. 

 

These terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities associated with your coaching plan to ensure a smooth, productive experience. By purchasing this package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Service Overview

Coaching Packages are designed to provide personalized support and may or may not include:

 

An initial questionnaire sent via email to assess your goals and needs.

 A session to collaboratively review your wellness plan.

 A follow-up session, preferably after 3 days, to evaluate progress.

 Once a week check-ins to track your progress and make adjustments.

 

Booking and Scheduling

Appointment Scheduling: All sessions are booked online through our scheduling portal. Once booked, you will receive confirmation via email with session details.

 

Rescheduling Policy: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the session may incur a 25% fee of the session cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

 Notice Required: Cancellations require 24 hours' notice to avoid penalties.

 

Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the first session qualify for a full refund.

 Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge.

No refunds are provided for missed sessions (no-shows).

 

Session Policies

Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration to honor subsequent appointments.

 

Questionnaire Submission: Completing the questionnaire before the initial session is mandatory to ensure an effective coaching experience. Failure to complete the questionnaire MAY result in rescheduling.

 

Internet and Technical Issues

Client-Side Issues: If you experience technical difficulties preventing your attendance, notify us immediately to explore rescheduling options. 

Rescheduling due to client-side issues is subject to availability and MAY incur a fee.

HIW-Side Issues: In the event of technical disruptions on our end, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

HIW is not liable for any disruptions or technical issues arising from either client-side or HIW-side internet connectivity problems.

 

Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions, including questionnaire responses, is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent unless required by law.

 

Limitations of Service

• HIW Monthly Membership:

  • Cost: $9.99 per month.

  • Billing: Membership fees are due monthly on the same date each month, based on the date of your first payment. Payments will be automatically renewed unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the end of the current billing period.

• JumpStart Program:

  • Pay-As-You-Go: Purchase individual modules at $29 each, paying as you progress.

  • Full Program Investment: One-time payment of $249 for access to all modules.

5. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility Period:

• Participants may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of enrollment.

• After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

Access and Usage Conditions:

• No refund will be provided if the participant has accessed or downloaded course materials from the learning portal. This measure ensures the protection of the course's intellectual property and prevents misuse.

Course Rescheduling and Extensions:

• Participants facing unforeseen life challenges may request to defer their studies for a 6 or 12-month period.

• Such requests must be supported in writing, explaining the reasons for deferral.

• Recommencement fees may apply upon returning to the program.

Exceptional Circumstances:

• Refund requests made outside the standard refund period may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Approval of such requests is at the discretion of the program administration and may require supporting documentation.
